I am António Simões Maia, a real estate appraiser and consultant with over a decade of experience in the valuation, enhancement, and brokerage of unique real estate assets. My work focuses particularly on wine estates, tourism properties, and premium residential real estate. I provide personalized guidance for every project, ranging from value and potential analysis to the definition of sales strategies and the successful closing of the transaction. I operate independently in association with Casa da Portela—under their real estate brokerage license (AMI 10340)—while leveraging the support of a network of approximately 300 consultants.
We are not a traditional agency focused on handling a high volume of properties. We work with a carefully selected portfolio, dedicating the necessary time, guidance, and attention to each client. We have particular expertise in wine estates, tourism properties, and high-potential real estate, especially in the Douro and Dão regions.
